I am a new Alfa Romeo customer and generally speaking I am disappointed and kind of regret that I have leased my Alfa Romeo car. Part of my disappointment has nothing to do with this particular dealership, am disappointed and kind of regret that I have leased my Alfa Romeo car. Part of my disappointment has nothing to do with this particular dealership, but with Alfa Romeo in general. For example the cost of Oil Change service. I was shocked when the Service Advisor told me how much it cost. It's four time more than I pay for the same service when I take my other car to local Infiniti dealership. Except my Infiniti is V6 3.0t, unlike my Julia, which is only 4 cylinders and 2.0 liters. On the top of that, Alfa Romeo made it impossible to service their cars somewhere else. So, the customers are stuck with Alfa Romeo and they can charge whatever they want. So, they do. Another surprise was that they didn't even washed my car after the service, which Infiniti does it free, every time I bring my car for any service. I can't say anything about the quality of the Oil Change service from technical point of view. I assume it's good. Car worked before and after the service. The dealership personnel was very nice and helpful, but everything else is an average at best. More
