I did not appreciate the aggressive/assertiveness of the sales and finance consultants when we opted not to take extra ad-ons such as the exterior/interior lifetime package. It is important to me that people respect my decision when I say no to a product or service. Please don't continue to try and sell me a product that I have made clear I choose not to purchase.
