After the sale, don’t expect any help from the sales person they don’t care we’ve had an issue with our rogue, 2023 model with a gas mill since we bought it and have been told it’s in review with Nissan person they don’t care we’ve had an issue with our rogue, 2023 model with a gas mill since we bought it and have been told it’s in review with Nissan. We finally went to another dealer Gandrud in Madison, which they had a fix for it replacing some type of hose the gas smell is still there but at least it’s drivable. We also had our first oil change there the 2023 Nissan rogue has a plastic oil pan. The oil change person over tort the bolt on the oil pan stripping the grommet which is bonded in the plastic pan. This is a common problem. It’s all over YouTube about it. The problem is a lot of the technicians over torque the 25 pound required spec which then when you have to take the boat out the grommet just falls out of the oil pan in oil all over we noticed oil leaking from . Under our car after further investigation, the grommet was actually coming coming out oil all over our garage floor we had to have a temporary oil plug installed in the oil pan and able to drive the vehicle and I’m still waiting for a new oil pan which is on back order from a competitor at this point, I really don’t have the confidence to go back to this dealership Van Horn thank you for your time buyer beware More
