We had a sunroof problem and had no garage to put our car inside to protect it from the rain. Van Horn listened to our concerns and made an exception for us to take it in even though their schedule was full inside to protect it from the rain. They checked our warranty coverage and gave us advance notice of what it may cost to get it fixed. With their tight schedule, they managed to fix our car in 3 days. We were surprised, but very happy with the service. We got it back just in time for the weekend. We will buy future cars with Van Horn again and get services from Van Horn again. More
