I felt zero pressure to buy, in fact, in the end I used a co-signer, which was overnighted to him and the deal took place on Thursday, June 4🤗. Aaron delivered the vehicle, but Jim had explained everything to me while we were waiting. He bent over backwards to make sure the car and payment was right for me. I would definitely recommend Jim to anyone looking to work with Van Horn Mazda. He was fantastic. Patrick in finance was a great help as well. He explained to me the pros and cons of service contract. In the end, I decided to go with the 3-n-1 package which was only $6/month. Again, JIM WAS GREAT! Just a quick good feeling reminder though. Always fill the gas tank full. This is cheap and easy PR. That small gesture goes farther than you may think. I assumed this would happen and when my son drove the car home and I noticed the gas tank only half full it irked me a bit. Don’t let that be the buyer’s last impression. More

Great Customer Service! (May 18th) Monday May 18th I visited the Van Horn Mazda dealership in Sheboygan, WI. I was greeted at the door by Alyssa who instantly became my favorite sales Monday May 18th I visited the Van Horn Mazda dealership in Sheboygan, WI. I was greeted at the door by Alyssa who instantly became my favorite sales person! Very courteous and offered me a bottle of water while we went over questions about the car I wanted to see. I told her what car I wanted to test drive and she got the car pulled up and ready for me to test drive within minutes. Once I returned from my test drive Alyssa walked me through the next steps and made the whole process very easy to understand. Her manager Shane came over with the final paper work and answer any questions I had. My whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant and led to me purchasing my "new to me" car! Great customer service, if you're looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend checking them out! More

I needed a new (replacement) gas cap because mine no longer “clicked” when tightening and therefore was not properly sealing causing the “check engine light” to come on.
