This purchase was for my mother. She is on a comfortable fixed income, but still fixed and we needed to be in a certain price range. Obviously we went there to buy a vehicle. It was the worst experience ever. We were treated unfairly, we were talked down to and basically insulted. We were ready to buy and came up in our price. We were both amazed that they let us walk out without even negotiating. So we decided to shift gears and look at a different vehicle. After checking Consumer reports and talking to people we decided to check out the Mazda CX-5. The local dealership is Van Horn. If we liked the vehicle, we were ready to deal. We were greeted by Jim and we already felt better about this situation. The CX-5 was perfect for my mother and they were willing to deal. After discussing for a brief time, we had our deal. We can’t say enough about Jim and Van Horn Mazda. We were treated fairly, with respect and will recommend to anyone. Thank you all at Van Horn! More
