He also took me to other dealerships to make sure I was happy with the car that I chose worked with me and found something that was not only good but cute for her she is so very very happy with it. He went beyond anything that I had expected him to do. I’m a very loyal customer to Vanhorn because of the treatment of the salesman and his manager. I wanted it to be a surprise for her and for her not to know who got it so he delivered it in my car on the same day so she would not know he walked in and handed her the keys and she was just astonished she still does not know and that’s the way I wanna it. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and I will say that this dealership and this salesman was one of the nicest ones I have ever worked with and I felt that he was not just trying to sell a vehicle but being cautious on what kind of vehicle for my new granddaughter and that she would be safe thank you again to Jim and his manager for making the sales of these two cars a good experience.
