On hold for 25 min for them to check progress of my vehicle. Totally unacceptable. When I questioned Katie about the LONG wait time and I hung up and called back...she said it was their new phone sys vehicle. Totally unacceptable. The insdie of car smelled like a "barn yard" when I picked it up....GROSS. Appt was for an oil change at 8am and was ready at 12:20pm. An oil change should NOT take 4 hours. More
