Nice to deal with honest people I bought a car from van horn 9 months ago. At that time I didn’t dicker on the price or ask for anything but a full car detailing coupon. They agreed and gave me the coupon but as with any coupon it’s only as good as the dealership printing it. The coupon didn’t specify if it was to detail the interior or the exterior or both or if it included a wax job and honestly was pretty generic. When I took my car in 9 months later with nothing more than a piece of paper coupon that they printed they did a great job and had the inside and outside looking great and they never tried to hit me up for money or anything. They just did a great job and honored what they said, even after 9 months. Any dealership will promise you the moon and stars to close a sale but how many places deliver on their promises when months have passed and there is no commission to be had?? Thanks for the honest, quality service More
Review I took my vehicle in for new brakes, rotars, oil change yesterday. Service is always amazing. Coupons right on their website is a bonus. Only unfortunate thing is I had to bring vehicle back in this morning due to odd noise that I knew was not normal. Seems a rotar was not shaved quite correctly but thankfully not harmful. They are taking car of it and will be good as new. Will keep going back. Hopefully honest mistake. More

Lack of communication Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotate & an oil change. On my way to appt, there was a squealing noise that started. When I checked in for my appt, I Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotate & an oil change. On my way to appt, there was a squealing noise that started. When I checked in for my appt, I mentioned to the girl that checked my vehicle in that there is a noise and my husband thinks it could be my pads sticking. Asked if I needed to show the coupon for a feee Brake inspection to have my brakes looked at & I was told no because they do a brake inspection as part of the oil change. I was told that my back brake were down to 2. I told the girl that I just had my brakes done in March so that really doesn’t make sense. She said she would have them look at them again. I was told they looked at them again & confirmed that yes the back brakes are bad and I should take it back to where I had them done originally. Took my vehicle to where my brakes were done & was told that I have a bad caliper & this is what wore my pad down so quickly. Only the pad with the bad caliper was wore & the tech could tell I had a bad caliper without even removing the tire. I was told I should not be driving the vehicle this way because it is a safety hazard. Very disappointed with the service I received. We used to have complete confidence in the service we received years ago and don’t feel that I have that confidence any more. My husband called the service manager today regarding our concerns & was told that if they were told that the vehicle was making noise they would have checked this more closely so not sure if there is a communication issue between the person checking in the vehicles & the techs but very disappointed. More
