The service itself was fine as I just needed an oil change. What I didn’t like was the lack of mask wearing. The Service Supervisor seemed to have forgotten how to wear a mask properly. It was either n change. What I didn’t like was the lack of mask wearing. The Service Supervisor seemed to have forgotten how to wear a mask properly. It was either not on at all or half way on. When I saw my car being driven to the parking lot, the mechanic was as also not wearing a mask. This upset me so much, that I don’t think I will be returning this dealership. Not wearing a mask while changing my oil is fine, but to drive my car without wearing one is unacceptable. I have Type 1 Diabetes and a horrible immune system, so it truly just felt like your employees didn’t care about their guests. I wear a mask for 8 hours five out of seven days at my job, so can your employees. We’re in the middle of a pandemic that’s just getting worse and to see that left me disappointed. I don’t know where your mechanic has been when he’s not at work, so to see him in my car without a mask on was upsetting. I purchased my car from your dealership this past June and my mom bought a truck from here a few years ago, so I thought this was a reliable dealership, but apparently not. I know it may seem like I’m going over the top, but people are dying from this virus. Please do better. More

Purchased a Lincoln MKC from this dealership, made an appointment for repairs and was told when I arrived that the car was still under manufacturer warranty so I would have to take it to a Lincoln deale appointment for repairs and was told when I arrived that the car was still under manufacturer warranty so I would have to take it to a Lincoln dealership because they could not do the warranty work, even though they gave me a 3 month warranty. The man in the service department called another dealership to make sure the car was under warranty, and told them what I told him was wrong with the car and said I doubt that’s the problem, basically calling me a liar. I took the car to a Ford dealership of my choosing and got both issues taken care of and to be clear it was the struts and the oxygen sensor. So if you purchase from VanHorn beware. This car supposedly had an inspection done before I purchased it . And according to inspection all was fine. Thinking I have grounds for a law suit. More

We had our ‘17 Hyundai Elantra serviced on 1/13/20 at Van Horn Hyundai. I brought it in for a routine oil change, and they were also nice enough to test the car’s battery for no additional charge. The result indicated the battery could use a charge. Well we took care of that and now our car is ready to get through the remainder of this winter! Van Horn Hyundai has always provided 5 star service on our vehicle since they first started servicing our vehicle after we purchased it from this dealership in 2016. We highly recommend this dealership and their service department. Always professional! Thank you Van Horn for helping us to keep our vehicle running at it’s best!
