Pretty good service until the last time 90% of appointments were good. The last one was the worst experience. The car was ready 15 minutes before noon, but they didnt care. Communication good, service questionable . was disappointed that service could not diagnose the issue with the jerky shifting. I have to put my brakes on harder otherwise I will go through the stop sign. Then it will not shift into gear and have to floor it to get through the intersection . More
