This dealership went above & beyond when working on my collision vehicle. They were very accommodating with helping me find a loaner car. None were available thru the rental agencies due to the high my collision vehicle. They were very accommodating with helping me find a loaner car. None were available thru the rental agencies due to the high number of deer/car collisions. While repairing the vehicle, they discovered a previously unknown issue. They fixed the problem & submitted the proper paperwork to Hyundai, as it was covered under my warranty. The car looked like it was new when they were finished! They made an unpleasant experience pleasant. More
I had a problem with the parking lights remaining on after the light switch was off, the car turned off, key removed and door opened on my 2006 Sonata. I had an idea what was wrong, and Brian Siegert was able to get me in on Short notice. Larry Leonhardt was able to pick me up after work to get my vehicle. It was then determined that the part obtained was not the exact one I needed and Brian was able to get me a loaner to use overnight till my car was repaired the next day. I always get great service from Brian or Scott Richards in the service department. More

I came in for an oil change for my Hyundai Tucson. I didn't have to wait for more than a minute before someone took care of me. Brian was very helpful and told me that I also should have a tire rotation didn't have to wait for more than a minute before someone took care of me. Brian was very helpful and told me that I also should have a tire rotation. He took the time to answer my questions I had about how they rotate my tires and even drew me a picture. The wait was not long and I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the customer lounge while I waited. Donna took care of me to pay my bill. Both Brian and Donna were very friendly and made me feel right at home. More

I arrived for my oil change on my 2012 Santa Fe 9/1/12 and from start to finish the visit was exceptional. When I arrived I was greated by Jay and he took care of the paperwork in a very friendly manner a and from start to finish the visit was exceptional. I waited for the oil change to be completed in the waiting area - which is set up in a very "welcoming" manner. Jay came and got me when it was done, we went to the desk to check out, and he explained everything they did and the status of what the mechanic checked over during the Multi-point inspection. He was very informative and very personable. Then I paid for the service, and the girl behind the counter was very friendly. The staff and service is outstanding! It couldn't have been any better! went in for my oil change and Brian greeted me right away. he asked how i was doing today. asked if anything else needed to be done besides my oil change. He said ol that they would get to it right away. after my service was complete he told me about my door light problem and a very inexpensive way to fix it with glue and a nickel and it worked very well! I will always have my service work done at VAN HORN HYUNDAI!!!!!!! More
