My latest service experience at Van Horn Hyyndai, which was 02/12/13, was a pleasant one. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I found the amount charged for belts replacement was reasonable. Larry's always ready to give me a ride to work! He is perfect guy to give you a ride, always courteous and great to talk to while he drives me to work. On one of my recent services, which was a big pr perfect guy to give you a ride, always courteous and great to talk to while he drives me to work. On one of my recent services, which was a big preventive maintenance service, that would take the majority of the day, they had a loaner car ready for me, I didn't even have to ask (or beg!). They know how to take care of their customers! I didn't buy my Hyundai there but when I buy my next car I will definitely give them the opportunity to sell me a car. Scott in the service area does a wonderful job! Donna is this best when I pick up my car, could there be anyone nicer? Before Christmas she asked if I knew anyone with kids who might want to go to a kids Christmas party that the dealership was sponsoring. My niece, her husband and two year old daughter went and had an awesome time. I never told you thank you, so THANK YOU! It was so thoughtful of you to invite them to the party. Great dealership, I would highly recommend them! More

While having my car serviced for a L.O.F. & rotation of tires, I took advantage of the customer waiting room & enjoyed a cup of coffee with a snack. The showroom and all around facilities were very neat and clean while providing a very relaxing atmosphere to do business. Through the use of some facebook coupons from Van Horn, my total bill was very reasonable ($40.90)with a complete multi-inspection also performed on my car. With this type of service and price, I will always go back to Van Horn Hyundai in Sheboygan, WI for all of my car maintenance. Thomas E. Came in for oil and filter change, they recommended tire dotation also.Very fast customer service and told time when finished. Came back at at that time and car was done. Scott is great, but often, when we get repairs, they are not done right the first time OR more often is that something else breaks the next day and we are told it is unrelated. As soon as we arrived with our vehicle to be serviced with an oil change Scott greeted us warmly and checked on any recalls it might have, then said it would be done in a timely fashion. One hour later the car was finished and Scott greeted us with a check list of services done and recommnded our tires be rotated in the not to distant future . Van Horn Hyundai Sheboygan is the BEST ever! Customer service is above and beyond because everyone is courteous, professional, repairs my cars with exceptional care and attention. The waiting room is cle service is above and beyond because everyone is courteous, professional, repairs my cars with exceptional care and attention. The waiting room is clean, orderly and welcoming! I recommend all of my associates, friends to take their cars to Van Horn Sheboygan. I never, ever have to wait long for my car to have an oil change, tire rotation or whatever that needs to be taken care of. Their cars are immaculate along with reasonable pricing which is key especially in this age of competition and cost of living increases. My husband and I have bought a cars for ourselves and 4 of our children and they are great cars. The employees here are amazing and totally ROCK!!!! They are like my family, I love them! More
