I arrived to Scott - very welcoming and informative. He was polite and to the point and I felt relaxed and comfortable leaving my car in his care. He then explained what had been corrected, escorted me to the front of the building to payment area. He also answered all of my questions. My service appointment was for 10am, and they were very prompt. I had scheduled a oil change and needed the tires rotated. He said it would take about an hour. Such excellent service. I took my Hyundai Sonata in to the dealership because the engine just sounded awful after the check engine light came on. They were able to get me in first thing Monday morning, didn't even have an appointm engine just sounded awful after the check engine light came on. They were able to get me in first thing Monday morning, didn't even have an appointment just showed up and they took me in. They diagnosed the first fix, fixed the vehicle, and told me it was ready to go. Unfortunately when I turned on the car I immediately knew the problem wasn't fixed. They then diagnosed a new problem which was a bit pricey but necessary. This is what I really liked about the situation - although I wasn't happy that it was going to cost me additional money to get it fixed, they were able to work with me and made me feel comfortable about the new fix. They bent over backwards to make me feel good. It also helped that I had a brand new - awesome loaner for the week while my vehicle was being sent parts and it was getting fixed. Overall very good experience, I would go back, they treat you with respect and understand where the customer is coming from and that is all I ask. More

This was my first time having to take in my vehicle in for any service work and was in for a standard oil change. Was greeted with a warm hello from the Scott when walking through the door. The driver was very talkative and made the 15 minute ride to work enjoyable. The vehicle was done when I got back and spent all of 5 minutes paying for the bill and the only reason it took that long was because the person explained that everything looked pretty good with my vehicle, but may want to keep on eye on the the minor issue with the worn brakes that I have on the vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and did the best to get me in and out as quick as possible. More
