Brian Siegert was very friendly and explained what needed to be done with the repair and the cost of doing the work. He was able to give me a loaner car in order for me to continue doing errands while my car to be done with the repair and the cost of doing the work. The next day when I picked up my car, once again Brian went into great detail on what was done to my vehicle. He also explained that the person who did the repairs did the multi - point inspection. Got in at appointment time. Went in for an oil change..they found so ethi g else wrong..it was explained to me thoroughly, my questions were answered, and it was dealt with right away. My son lives in Milwaukee and noticed the brakes were making noise, I called Van Horn Hyundai and they could schedule an appointment to get the car in when he was able to come home for a weekend. I have been heled by both Scott and Brian many times. Whenever I come in for service or with a queastion, they are very helpful. Recently the rubber came off of my back windshield wiper on the weekend. Whenever I come in for service or with a queastion, they are very helpful. I do not recall which one helped me that day, but they immediately found someone who went with me to the parts department to get the needed replacement piece for the wiper. Unfortuantely, I don't know his name but he then installed the part on the back wiper. Within less than 10 minutes, I was on my way with working back wiper. More
