The people in the service department are friendly and knew who I was just based on my car and therefore greeted me by name. They didn't try to sell me any extra services. The waiting area is well stocked with coffee, cookies and other options. The whole dealership is clean and welcoming. More

Service Department all stars! To say my Hyundai Entourage was in bad shape is an understatement. I came into Van Horn Hyundai just over a week ago, frankly at my wits end. I was an To say my Hyundai Entourage was in bad shape is an understatement. I came into Van Horn Hyundai just over a week ago, frankly at my wits end. I was an emotional basket case, and service advisor Brian Siegert handled me with kid gloves. There was a lot of work to be done, and we were not sure if it would be covered under the extended warranty. They worked on my van on the 1st day, & Brian kept me updated each step of the way. Finally, he got the word my warranty would cover it! While he had nothing to do with that, he understood what a huge weight off of me that was. They took care of all of the work, & gave me a loaner car to drive in the mean time. My van had "open heart surgery' as he put it, but now it runs amazin! Thank you Brian, & Van Horn!!! You guys ROCK! More
