Hello Mary, Thanks for sharing the information and again we apologize for not meeting your expectations and our own expectations during your last service visit. I have discussed your concerns with the service advisor you were working with he had indicated to me that the vehicle battery tested at 284cca of a 600cca rated battery indicating replacement. Also the cabin air filter was musty & dirt plugged . The advisor did express that he advised you of the importance of these two services that needed to be completed soon. I apologize for the urgency the advisor put on the vehicle service needs. I have shared your comments with the staff and also explained to them about the value of each and every customer.
