I bought a 2020 kia Forte, after owning it for two weeks my neighbor backed into it. I took it back to dealer to have the repairs done. They complete the repair and after i got it back the window didn’t wor my neighbor backed into it. I took it back to dealer to have the repairs done. They complete the repair and after i got it back the window didn’t work and they didn’t repair all the damage so I continue to contact the manager who told me it would be corrected. So Van horn had my car for a week because my brand new car also had a check engine light on. Which is now back on . But while it was there they were suppose to finish the repairs from the body shop which was paid for. But they didn’t do anything except repair the window switch that was broken during the repair. Now the door has a rattling sound in it. So now i have to pay out of my pocket again to have the door repairs done correctly and i will be going to another dealer to have the check engine light repaired correctly. The point of this review is that Van Horn Kia/ Ford of Sheboygan is horrible and should be avoided More
