Mark - We are very sorry for the delay here and for your frustration, but we would like to share some additional information about this situation. Your vehicle ended up needing a front wave sensor. This part was not on the original estimate. We ordered it as a supplement part, and unfortunately, it is back-ordered. Your rental car coverage through Progressive only allows for 30 days of coverage. We offered to pay $400 to cover two weeks beyond this coverage. This will come off of your insurance deductible. Again, we apologize that you haven't had a better experience. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly. Thank you.

Perhaps I should have taken a quick breath before sending out my review. I was extremely frustrated and angry due to the delay in getting our parts for my car, a VW. Jetta sel. It just so happens that the delay in getting my bumper wasn't attributed to them, it was due to a delay in getting a new bumper sent out from Germany! Back when I wrote this post i was very exasperated for the delay in Germany sending me out a new bumper and I was very irritated with the fact that I had to rent a car until they sent the dealership another stupid replacement bumper because mine was damaged by a collision with a young deer that was hit while I was driving through some woods. So I took the car to the dealership and have them repair the damage to the bumper, which was destroyed by the impact with the deer. To be fair, they were as frustrated as I was when it took months for Germany just to finally send out a replacement bumper, for whatever reason they wouldn't send out a different bumper. My car was stuck in their repair shop for months and I was extremely angry and frustrated with the whole situation. The dealership was basically powerless to control anything like this because they couldn't get Germany to send them a new bumper. So now they finally got a bumper but I'm not sure what the problem is with it but I guess they lacked some parts for it. But in the meantime they are going to try to put a different one on my car from a different car there and they are pretty certain that it'll work for my car and finally get this whole situation done and over with.
