My purchase of a 2019 Kia Stinger GT2 was an excellent experience all around. I was provided all the information I asked for. Aaron answered a bunch of questions and even went out of his way to send me cl experience all around. I was provided all the information I asked for. Billy was knowledgeable and professional. And while he definitely worked to get the extra warranty and paint coverage he was not pushy. That is a large annoyance for me at any dealership. I understand those are profitable for you but I would have walked away if I'd been really pressured to buy those things. I did end up choosing the extended warranty but not the paint/interior coverage. Your team worked to get things buttoned up by 8:00 and several of them cheerfully stayed later than 8:00 to finish things up for me. I was fully informed about the nature of the manufacturer buyback vehicle that I purchased which was also appreciated. I *LOVE* the oil changes for life, BTW. I always bristle when I have to drop $80-100.00 having my oil changed so this is really exciting for me. All in all it was an excellent experience. More
