We had stopped at numerous other places and either got turned down or was basically told "we dont have what you want so pick something else".So I was able to get the car of my dreams all because they did everything they possibly could to get us the financing. When we got there the paperwork went super quick and there was a rust spot on the back passenger side which they fixed without us even asking!!! My Escape was super clean when I got it. If I ever trade in or get a new car in the future I will be definitely going back, it was well worth the 1 and a half-hour drive there everyone was super friendly and made us feel welcome. No more beater for me! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!! More

That simple. Everyone at the dealership was attentive to my buying requirements and meet every need. Provided more than a fair value for my trade and the prices of their vehicles were also fair. I plan to return for our next purchase based on this experience. I will definitely work with Nery. He is also fluent in Spanish if that helps. More

All of my questions were answered there was never any pressure to buy. The whole process was quick. We didn't get to the dealer until 7:30 pm when they close at 8pm. They kept there lights on until we were done with everything thing. Never felt like they were rushing me. This was a great dealership to deal with. They will for now on have my business. Terrible Sales Experience Let me just say that I am not one to write these types of reviews but my sales experience was so bad that I felt I needed to write something. I knew I Let me just say that I am not one to write these types of reviews but my sales experience was so bad that I felt I needed to write something. I knew I wanted a 2016 Ford Fusion. I had been searching the internet for them and actually looked at them at another dealership the previous day. Once I found the right miles and price on the internet I called Van Horn Ford to see if the car was still available. They put me in contact with a salesman named Greg and he seemed nice. Let me just clarify that I understand the nature of car sales and you have to be closing multiple deals. Well Greg double booked me at the same time as another customer named Jason. Right away I was greeted as "you must be Jason" (not the first time I will be called Jason by Greg). We had talked about the car I was coming to see and he had the keys ready but we had to search the lot for it. (At the dealership the previous day the cars were pulled around front for me and you could tell this salesman wanted to go the extra mile.) Once we found the car it was parked tightly between two other cars and Greg asked me if I wanted to try and get it out of there. I declined as it is winter and the other cars around it had melted snow dripping off of them. After the test drive I came back to work out the deal. In the middle of this process Jason had arrived and Greg was now working with him and I at the same time. At one point during this process Greg asked me "if I owed anything on the Mazda I would be trading in" I was NOT trading in any car...Jason was trading in a car. During this process I asked Greg if the Service Dept. could tell me the measurements of the brakes and tires since this vehicle had 30k miles on it and I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't need to put tires and brakes on the car once I got it off the lot. After the 4th time of asking Greg for these and two hours later I finally got the measurements I asked for. Once I agreed to buy the car I wanted it cleaned and detailed like anyone would. During the two hour sales and finance process Greg kept telling me that he wouldn't know how clean the car would be since they "only have one guy back there". I also forgot to mention that when I was waiting for finance to see me he called me Jason AGAIN. When they brought the car around and I could drive it home from being cleaned and detailed it was completely unacceptable and there were crumbs all over the floorboards, noticeable stains on the backseat that could have easily been cleaned. The used car manager and new car sales manager agreed that the car was not in proper condition and sent the car back to be cleaned again. I waited another hour and at this point my fiancé had left as we have now been at the dealership for four hours. My fiancé’s name was Julia and Greg asked me why Julie had left. I get that I am nitpicking here about my fiancé’s name but if a salesman actually cared they might think of getting her name right but he couldn't even get my name right. They finally brought the car around again and there was STILL crumbs on the floorboards. I was late for prior engagements so I just took the car as is because I was already there for four hours. I still have features on my car that I don't know what they do or had to look up online because my salesperson was too busy with Jason. More
