Love the truck. The service at the dealership, mixed results First of all, I love the truck. It is in great shape and so far no surprises. Ignacio was good to work with during the sales process. A couple things I was disappointed with though. - The rear window needed to replaced, and I was told that'd be done Saturday, then Monday, then Tuesday... Ignacio pushed to get it done for me Monday but when I arrived at the dealership the sales manager made it seem like he did me a huge favor pushing the service work through. They were quick to take my check, but I didn't feel like a huge priority once my money was in hand. - The truck was relatively clean, in the cab and a superficial wash on the outside, but the truck bed was an absolute disaster. Dirt, leaves, a warped 1x12 still back there... that was a little disappointing. - Lastly, I just spent a bunch on this truck, and you couldn't even fill up the tank for me? The first stop I had to make was at the gas station on 67. Again, everyone was nice enough, but I would have expected a little more attention to detail. I know I wasn't spending $60k on a new truck, but it was still a big purchase for me and I would expect I wouldn't be alone in hoping for a little more attention up until the keys were in hand. More

Flew in from out of state and was on the road within hours. All the folks I worked with were professional and made what could of been a painful process a very good experience. New philosophy of "no price haggling" was different, however with over 6 months of research and tracking vehicles nationwide this was the best deal by far. Additionally, the extended warranty options offered were great and gave me peace of mind. Only one thing they could of done that would of made it better, wish the engine was detailed, did a bit of that when I got home. More
