Bought a used Honda Civic and the experience was great. We needed another car as we have a college son and one finishing up high school next year. Customer care after the sale! We have been looking for a particular used truck and Horn Ford had one. We made the 3 hour drive to look at it on a Saturday. We were under no pressure and experienced a very friendly atmoshere. After our test drive, we talked about the purchase of this vehicle. We communicated via email and the responses were timely. By Wednesday we committed to the purchase and picked the truck up on the following Saturday. Again we were met under personable circumstances. The truck was prepped and ready to go, license plates on and registration papers all done. After driving home and on the following day, we experienced a new found issue with the truck. We informed Horn Ford of the problem and even though they were not obligated they stepped up and went over and above to help resovle the issue! Much appreciated! More
