Customer care after the sale! We have been looking for a particular used truck and Horn Ford had one. We made the 3 hour drive to look at it on a Saturday. We were under no pressur We have been looking for a particular used truck and Horn Ford had one. We made the 3 hour drive to look at it on a Saturday. We were under no pressure and experienced a very friendly atmoshere. After our test drive, we talked about the purchase of this vehicle. We communicated via email and the responses were timely. By Wednesday we committed to the purchase and picked the truck up on the following Saturday. Again we were met under personable circumstances. The truck was prepped and ready to go, license plates on and registration papers all done. After driving home and on the following day, we experienced a new found issue with the truck. We informed Horn Ford of the problem and even though they were not obligated they stepped up and went over and above to help resovle the issue! Much appreciated! More

above and beyond I was badly in need of a new vehicle and I went to every ford dealership in my area I was even looking at dealerships in Illinois because out of all t I was badly in need of a new vehicle and I went to every ford dealership in my area I was even looking at dealerships in Illinois because out of all the dealerships I went to not one of them was willing to work with me and make a deal with the budget I had for the vehicle I wanted which was a 2017 explorer sport and van horn ford was my last option before I was going to give up on the idea of owning a new vehicle and continue driving my falling apart 93 explorer but van horn took it the extra mile and did everything in there power to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford no or sorry we cant do that was not a answer they gave it was always a lets see what we can do and they were the only ford dealership within a 50 mile radius of my house that was able to make a deal and get me a vehicle at a price I could afford they even went the extra step to offer free delivery because I wasnt able to take it home that night and it would have been 4 days before I could pick it up great job I will definitely be coming back to van horn for any of my ford motor vehicle needs without a doubt that they will get the job done for a price I can afford 100% satisfaction guaranteed More
