A week or so after I bought the truck I noticed that there was heavy rust on the rear axle Van Horn and myself contacted Ford motor company and they were no help at all.Van Horn however did a remarkable job of fixing the issue for me I would recommend Van Horn to anyone interested in a new vehicle there sales staff is outstanding and they will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy.Thank you for doing the right thing and standing behind the vehicles that you sell it was great working with all of you. Bought a used Honda Civic and the experience was great. We needed another car as we have a college son and one finishing up high school next year.
