My Ford Explorer has been an excellent car both in quality and reliability so I can't vouch for their repair side of service, but I can say oil changes and tire rotations have been a good experience. They don't try to sell you services you don't need and the advise I get feels like it's what they would do if it was their vehicle. I would recommend Van Horn Service to anyone. More

The first two had some glitches and after a few conversations on how to resolve, they took them in and completely solved the problems. They service a lot of folks here and we get that, but for us, this felt like very personal service. I recently bought another new truck and the roster came together after hours to finish the experience! Hats off to Trevor, Mike, Keith, Steve. Caitlyn, Bill, Don, Nery, and the dude in the back portering this truck. This was not an easy vehicle to bring in from another location, but they made it happen. I know this was cumbersome on a Saturday... All the way around this experience was like none other ever experienced any place I've ever purchased. Thanks guys! You deserve a big xxxx yeah! More

The manager was ok. We felt he could have been much more friendlier. He was supposed to check out my vehicle and admitted he didn’t even realize it had 4 wheel drive until we pointed it out. I think they could have been a little quicker and more knowledgeable with the whole process. I feel I did get a fair deal but not as awesome as I have others get elsewhere. It was my first experience on my own and it left me with a sour taste. Sorry. More

A week or so after I bought the truck I noticed that there was heavy rust on the rear axle Van Horn and myself contacted Ford motor company and they were no help at all.Van Horn however did a remarkable job of fixing the issue for me I would recommend Van Horn to anyone interested in a new vehicle there sales staff is outstanding and they will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy.Thank you for doing the right thing and standing behind the vehicles that you sell it was great working with all of you.
