A black cloud seems to follow me when I get service done! I went to Van Horn last April for oil change the works. Witch I do every 5000 miles. The oil cap not replaced and hood not latched! So this time 40000 I went to Van Horn last April for oil change the works. Witch I do every 5000 miles. The oil cap not replaced and hood not latched! So this time 40000 miles they managed to put someone else’s wheel on my truck. Went back and they gave me mine. The last dealership I went to for all my other service, always left something under my hood! They wouldn’t do the multi point inspection. At Van Horn the service writer was great, gave me some free car washes and was very nice. I’ll probably will give them one more chance to get it Wright? More

Slow service, cost more than vehicle was worth, overcharged Blew rear brake line on an old vehicle. Asked dealer to replace lines, resurface Front rotors and change oil. After having the car for almost two week Blew rear brake line on an old vehicle. Asked dealer to replace lines, resurface Front rotors and change oil. After having the car for almost two weeks, wound up buying new front rotors and pads, rear brakes and drums, two rear brake cylinders and one front brake caliper. Was charged twice for labor on oil change, and labor on front brake service. Brakes still needed adjustment and noise was coming from right rear brakes when I picked up vehicle. Had to bring car back for another day to get everything corrected (no additional charge), and to get a refund for overcharges. Fixed right on second try. Service Rep Tim did a great job apologizing and trying to make things right, we both agreed that the final cost of the repair was more than the car was worth. We should have discussed this before going ahead with this extensive of a repair. It’s fixed now but I won’t be back, despite the offer of a free oil change. More
