STAY AWAY Purchased , 2015 F150 , 39000 miles , on February 18 , after I had to persuade them to fix a small door at bottom of dash for a storage compartment , Purchased , 2015 F150 , 39000 miles , on February 18 , after I had to persuade them to fix a small door at bottom of dash for a storage compartment , took truck for a test ride and door just bouncing and flipping around , back up camera didn't work either , should have went on gut instinct , given no one trust a car salesman anyway , and rightfully so , take the truck home and 15 days later , March 6th , the transmission , takes a xxxx , needless to say they had to re-build it , jump a head to the 21st , and I get a call saying they are done but there is still a problem , they re-build it and it wont shift past 3rd gear , then I find out there was previous transmission , work done b4 , well, well , they produced a clear auto check , (witch I guess is a cheaper Carfax ) but according to them no issues , so , THEY LIED plain and simple , now they cant fix it I don't have a vehicle and I just made my first payment , I will take van horn to xxxx and drop him off personally , along with the salesman , and sales manager ,DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I CANT STRESS THAT ENOUGH , had to give a star , rate is actually NEGATIVE More

Brad did a very good job! We came in on a Friday night to get an oil change and left with a different car! We had just bought a Ford Escape a few months ago, and wished it was bigger. Brad helped us out and showed us a Edge. He was so easy to work with and we almost left to think about it over night. Brad convinced us to stay and helped us get the numbers to an acceptable monthly payment we can live with. I realize it's a salesman's thing to never let someone leave, but Brad was so comfortable to work with that I didn't want to go anywhere else and my wife is thrilled with the car. Thank you! Great Experience Got an awesome deal on a 2017 mustang ecoboost premium. Car was priced well below the competition. It was my first time buying a car located in another state. So the dealership sent me a walkaround and startup video and even pointed out and immediately fixed a small ship on the door handle. Robert Olson was the sales person and he was awesome in communicating by email and phone and even sent a driver to pick me up at the airport. He explained all the features and even paired by phone to the car before I left. Bill from finance offered a very competitive APR financing.
