Awesome Job!! Me and my wife purchased a truck from Van Horn a year ago and they were amazing then and have been amazing with everything regarding the truck since. So it was a no brainer to go back when we needed a new car they were so patient and no pushy with showing us cars and the rate we got was very reasonable. I had narrowed down to 2 vehicles at different dealerships and though the other dealership was much closer in proximity to me I chose to go to Van Horn. I chose them because they stayed fully true to what they told me all along--I can't say that for the other dealership which will never get my business. Jess and Rob followed up both before I bought and after. The gentleman in finance was great to work with as well. Solid customer experience. More

Good Experience I started to investigate Van Horn after looking at offerings that showed up on cars.com. After getting some additional information from their website, I started to investigate Van Horn after looking at offerings that showed up on cars.com. After getting some additional information from their website, all responses to my contacts were quick. I evaluated three models in their inventory and with the assistance of Ed was able to quickly determine the strongest candidate. The website pricing offer was good as is, so there was no need to consider and further negotiation. The rest of the purchase and pickup process went well. More

Was an above average dealership experience I walked in knowing what truck I had wanted to see. Robert our sales guy was very friendly and outgoing. He made sure to still show off the vehicle of I walked in knowing what truck I had wanted to see. Robert our sales guy was very friendly and outgoing. He made sure to still show off the vehicle of interest even know I had already picked it out myself. The walk around is something not many dealerships still practice but it shows pride in their product. I would highly recommend them. I wasn’t just paying bit higher than I wanted for my truck, but I paid for a better experience. Great job! More

STAY AWAY Purchased , 2015 F150 , 39000 miles , on February 18 , after I had to persuade them to fix a small door at bottom of dash for a storage compartment , Purchased , 2015 F150 , 39000 miles , on February 18 , after I had to persuade them to fix a small door at bottom of dash for a storage compartment , took truck for a test ride and door just bouncing and flipping around , back up camera didn't work either , should have went on gut instinct , given no one trust a car salesman anyway , and rightfully so , take the truck home and 15 days later , March 6th , the transmission , takes a xxxx , needless to say they had to re-build it , jump a head to the 21st , and I get a call saying they are done but there is still a problem , they re-build it and it wont shift past 3rd gear , then I find out there was previous transmission , work done b4 , well, well , they produced a clear auto check , (witch I guess is a cheaper Carfax ) but according to them no issues , so , THEY LIED plain and simple , now they cant fix it I don't have a vehicle and I just made my first payment , I will take van horn to xxxx and drop him off personally , along with the salesman , and sales manager ,DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I CANT STRESS THAT ENOUGH , had to give a star , rate is actually NEGATIVE More
