Bought a 2016 Ford edge, within about 2 weeks, heated seat went out, touch screen/gps/stereo blacks out randomly, and now abs, airbag and traction lights are on, not a quality purchase if you ask me, it' seat went out, touch screen/gps/stereo blacks out randomly, and now abs, airbag and traction lights are on, not a quality purchase if you ask me, it'll cost $140 to even diagnose the problem More

Smooth and easy. I called Jason about a used car that had arrived Friday. He made sure they expedited their in-house inspection and preparation of the window sheet so I called Jason about a used car that had arrived Friday. He made sure they expedited their in-house inspection and preparation of the window sheet so I could take a test drive Monday. Short story - a few email Q&A's the Saturday in between got everything ready for me to head up with a check and take it home Monday. Jason made sure if he didn't know the exact answer (vehicle history) offhand, he got it ASAP and emailed me copies. That sealed the deal. More
