Van Horn Ford of Oconomowoc responded

A few things were holding back this deal. First of all, the fact that a dealership called us and pretended to be a customer and then wanted us to wholesale the vehicle after days of communication. Then we got a call from you, stating that you were a customer. When you filled out the credit application everything looked fine, but when we sent you over to the bank, there were some red flags and denials from the banks with address and proof of identity concerns. At that point, we decided to not sell you the vehicle at all. During these times of identity fraud, there was enough evidence to pass on the car deal. I am sorry about the lack of communication during the process.
