My wife and I stopped in to look at Lincoln Nautilus they had on the lot. Sales staff was very unenthusiastic and really did not want to help us in any way since they close at like 6pm on a week day. Had a couple of visits for oil changes. Both took 1 and one half hours. I thought that was a little long. I talked with the service manager Drew and he explained the vehicle is older and th Both took 1 and one half hours. I thought that was a little long. He took care of it and told me next time and after they will have all parts neccessary before we drop it off.
