I dealt with Jake Knight Sales Consultant. Jake was a pleasure to work with. In stopping at a competitor Ford Dealership I found the sales staff offering considerably less for my trade in and offered a higher mileage warranty however that required all maintenance including oil changes to be performed by that dealership. Imagine being on vacation and having to have your car towed back 500 -1000 miles to have some breakdown repaired. This is not the case with Van Horn. Under Van Horn's warranty repairs can be performed at any ASE certified garage. I also received no charge lifetime oil changes. Jake and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the Van Horn Oconomowoc dealership and Jake Knight if your looking to purchase a vehicle. More

My wife and I stopped in to look at Lincoln Nautilus they had on the lot. Sales staff was very unenthusiastic and really did not want to help us in any way since they close at like 6pm on a week day.
