I dealt with Jake Knight Sales Consultant. Jake was a pleasure to work with. Jake was knowledgeable and patient demonstating the electrictronic features/functions etc of the vehicle I purchase Jake was a pleasure to work with. In stopping at a competitor Ford Dealership I found the sales staff offering considerably less for my trade in and offered a higher mileage warranty however that required all maintenance including oil changes to be performed by that dealership. Imagine being on vacation and having to have your car towed back 500 -1000 miles to have some breakdown repaired. This is not the case with Van Horn. Under Van Horn's warranty repairs can be performed at any ASE certified garage. I also received no charge lifetime oil changes. Jake and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the Van Horn Oconomowoc dealership and Jake Knight if your looking to purchase a vehicle. More
