I'm very sorry that you're upset, but I think it's only fair for me to share what happened here. We spoke to you on November 24th about a vehicle you were interested in. You told us you would let us know when you could visit. The vehicle ended up being sold that night. You stopped in the next day without letting us know, which is why we weren't able to inform you that the vehicle was no longer available. It’s unfortunate you try and spin the truth, but the fact remains you people screwed up and everyone needs to realize what your dealership is about. Rick Miller knew we were coming out that day whether you want to admit it or not. This same thing has happened in the past. Read your reviews. Its sad Van Horn Auto has sunk to just another run of the mill car dealership!
