I drove three hrs today to purchase a vehicle from vanhorn. I had previously discussed this vehicle many times with my sales associate in detail. We came to an agreement on price. When I got to Vanhor vanhorn. I had previously discussed this vehicle many times with my sales associate in detail. We came to an agreement on price. When I got to Vanhorn I noticed the car had many large blemishes. There were dents, srapes, gouges, and scratches all over the vehicle. No where in the detail report of the car did it list this nor in the 26 pictures did it even show a hint of a minor dent let alone something major!! I was very upset. Brock then asked if I would like to take a different Pacifica for a drive. I said sure while I was already there I might as well. This was the exact same year, same features and same price as the last pacifica but with no blemishes. Only it had 16000 MORE miles and Leather interior instead of cloth.. I drove it and liked it despite the milage being more than what I wanted in a vehicle. We sat down to deal and I eplained "seeing that the vehicle was exactly the same as the first I think the price should sart at the same deal we had, but seeings there are 16000 more miles I would like a little more off".. To make an even longer story short, they wanted me to pay MORE for this car, the manager JOSH, described the first car as only having "dings and dents" Craziness!!! The manager gave me a price left me there to decide, i decided I would take it in 5 min. he left me sitting for 30 min.(mind you I had an infant with me) he came back, when I told him I would take it, he said he couldnt do it for that price (his own price) and went up 500 more!!!!!!!!!!!! So I sat there for 30 min deciding on a price that I really didnt want and he wasnt even really offering it to me!! How disgusing!!! So I walked... Not a good business place! I would not suggest this place to anyone! I felt so betrayed, and even bullied as I was sitting there. Worst eperience ever! Total waste of my day. More

Mark Sloan was very helpful on line and over the phone in initial contacts about a used truck - this continued during my trip to the dealership and subsequent purchase and dealing with several vehicle issues initial contacts about a used truck - this continued during my trip to the dealership and subsequent purchase and dealing with several vehicle issues that needed to be addressed. Evert Droppers was efficient at the financing process and obtained the financing I wanted at the rate I wanted. Katina Murphys rounded out the experience by providing customer representative service at a level I have come to expect to be provided where I work - it is good to see others holding to high standards as well. Issues I wanted addressed at time of purchase have been taken care of - I believe the staff at Van Horn did a good job - I view car buying as being only a little more pleasant than going to the dentist, but they made it a good experience. The only left now is for time to verify my initial impressions More

Van Horn had the low mileage Jeep Wrangler I was looking for.... Mark Sloan went above and beyond to work with me and get the deal worked out including getting thier service guys involed for a tire trade I for.... After browsing lots of dealerships the past 3 weeks I kept coming back to Van Horn even though it was 60 miles from my house. I kept coming back to the web site because of prices and selection. I purchased a 2010 Town & Country from Paul Miller and was very happy with the results. Paul spent alot of time with me and explained things in detail very well. Also yesterdey I had a few things done in servicing and detailing on my vechicle, some that weren't schueduled, and Paul was abled to get everything done knowing the distance I traveled for these services. Paul was one of the best sales person I ever had buying a vechicle, and with the time he will spend with you and explanations of everythig, I'd recommend him to anybody!
