Josh DeVriend was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We test drove a few cars but weren't ready to purchase until we did some additional research. Josh understood, and phoned us the next day to follow up. During this phone call he mentioned having a vehicle at a "sister" dealership that met our "wish list" and he would arrange to have it driven to the Plymouth location so we didn't have to make the longer trip to Abrams, Wi. Yay! We test drove our dream car and were sold before the test drive was over. Josh was able to offer a reasonable trade on our current vehicle and set us up with their financing department. After a short amount of time we were handed the keys to our new vehicle! Painless. We highly recommend VanHorn! Thank you for everything! More

I was in the market for a used/newer, I was referred to this dealership thru a co worker who had a great experience. First of all they came and picked me up at my house since my car was out of commission. this dealership thru a co worker who had a great experience. First of all they came and picked me up at my house since my car was out of commission. Tina was extremely nice and friendly and put me at ease (she was also a great driver) When we arrived (about an hour from Plymouth!) she turned me over to Josh who greeted me with a smile, and treated me like a friend right away. Although he was handling about 4 or 5 different transactions, I still felt "taken care of" and that is saying alot for me, especially when my friends call me the queen of customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, as their service ethic is great, they work as a team to make yo happy, and they make the arduous experience of buying a car a lot more pleasant! More

Very friendly dealership, that works with all credit types and definitely tries to satisfy every customer that walks through the door. My salesman was working with at least 4 different customers at one types and definitely tries to satisfy every customer that walks through the door. My salesman was working with at least 4 different customers at one time and not once did I feel like my time was being wasted or that I was overlooked. Very hospitable dealership. They work very hard to get you into the vehicle you want and offer lots of options. More

I had seen vehicle listings on the internet. While further searching those I found the vehicle that I came to the dealership to look at. We were visiting from out of state when we noticed our headlights blinking, on our Jeep Commander, at various intervals....and the car was off and the light switch was in the off position. It was a Satur headlights blinking, on our Jeep Commander, at various intervals....and the car was off and the light switch was in the off position. It was a Saturday around 11am when I called Van Horn in Plymouth. Marc Schuman answered our call and squeezed us in the same day...even though they already had a full schedule in their service department. Marc was very professional, handling our expectation levels versus what they as a service department could offer....all while being a very friendly guy. When I called Marc at 3 pm he said that he though the service techs had remedied the situation, but asked if we could give them a little bit more time to observe the vehicle to ensure the issue was corrected. Van Horn is lucky to have Marc representing them. We picked up the Commander at 4:40pm and were able to be on the road again back home Sunday morning. I was overly impressed with the professionalism and customer service of the Van Horn dealership. If I lived closer I would be buying my Jeep products from Van Horn.....I am currently on Jeep #6. (Sure wish they still made the Commander). More
