Very accommodating! After our SUV was totalled, we had a Dodge Charger for a rental and really liked it. We did a lot of research online and found the best price at Van Horn. We made the hour drive to see it and were pretty pleased. It was still in the inspection process and the glove box was literally on the floor in the front seat. We were a bit disappointed that it wasn't completely ready to test drive by the time that we go there, but they got it taken care of quickly. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and coming back to pick it up the next day. Unfortunately, the Luxe finishing and backup camera couldn't be installed by then, but we were very grateful that they got the car ready as best as they could so quickly, as we needed to replace our vehicle right away. The owner's manual was missing, which was to be mailed to us. We took it back in to have those things done and they provided a loaner car while the had it. We still haven't received the owner's manual, but did get a call that it was being ordered. The only real issues we had were that the title and registration information needed to be updated and it did not get handled right away and it makes noise when steering. They looked at it and said it was fine, but the noise is still there and is very obvious. With our busy schedules, we can't continue driving down to have things taken care of though. Overall, we were very impressed with their customer service, the price was decent and they went out of their way to accommodate our schedules and timeline for getting a new vehicle. More

The salesman was Mark Sloan, and he helped to make my experience acquiring my new vehicle a very pleasant one.
