My Van Horn Pros/Cons in a nutshell! Pros: After dealing with many dealerships over the past few months in finding the right car, Van Horn showed to be excellent at returning phone calls Pros: After dealing with many dealerships over the past few months in finding the right car, Van Horn showed to be excellent at returning phone calls, getting back to you with answers in a timely fashion, communication, and professionalism! Steve Strehlow was friendly and easy to work with. He even arranged someone to pick up me up and bring me there (and I live over an hour away). I was also able to find out about the history of the vehicle because one of the workers personally knew them, and had arranged for us to talk, which was very reassuring! Cons: Even though in my car's description it said that all fluids would be topped off, it had nearly no radiator fluid in it. And, having a bit of a drive back to Green Bay and asking for a full tank of gas to drive home, they still wouldn't fill the tank and only filled a bit over half way. Had to correct the finance guy about the correct price and interest rate, even after it had been 'agreed on'. Watch your paperwork and what you sign... More

Thank you. As much as I would like to name a certain auto dealership and talk about how displeased I am by them, I will not, that's not the type of person I am. As much as I would like to name a certain auto dealership and talk about how displeased I am by them, I will not, that's not the type of person I am. I will however talk about my complete and total satisfaction with Van Horn. I was a Ford guy. Really wanted one in the worst way. Good things for voices of reason (friends who are Ram 1500 owners) to tell me a bit about the truck. I really knew nothing about the Ram, but after some research I gave the Ram one chance to win me over. It did! As well as the fine staff at Van Horn. Friendly, honest and personable. Isn't that what we all look for in our auto buying experience? That and, of course, price... This should go without saying. They are the lowest. All in all I want to thank Mark Sloan for doing the foot work and everyone else involved. I will buy from Van Horn again. As long as I love my Ram 1500. ;) Oh, one more thing. You have options, and they will definitely open your eyes to all of them. Nice work! More

It was easy and fun to work with Craig Knabe! I went to Van Horn to test drive a Chrysler 200 convertible. Craig Knabe was so nice and easy to work with. I test drove the car, Craig made sure the I went to Van Horn to test drive a Chrysler 200 convertible. Craig Knabe was so nice and easy to work with. I test drove the car, Craig made sure the heated seats were warm before I got into the car!! Now that's service! I loved the car and traded in my old Chevrolet. 2014 Dodge Ram Quad Cab and 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan Craig was a pleasure to work with both times. The wife and I were very impressed with him.
