Great experience On Monday 11-10-2014, my wife and I went to Van Horn to look at a vehicle we had seen online. We were only there to look at the interior color, as we On Monday 11-10-2014, my wife and I went to Van Horn to look at a vehicle we had seen online. We were only there to look at the interior color, as we thought that it would not work for us, little did we know that two and a half hours later, we would be driving our new vehicle home. We had been dealing with another dealer, and found one vehicle that we thought would work for us, however, it was not exactly what we wanted. The dealer said that they would look for us, so we waited, and heard nothing. My wife, being the internet searcher that she is, found a vehicle that had what we wanted. She called Van Horn on Saturday, to see why there were no photos of the vehicle, and was told that it had just come on there lot. So we set up the appointment on Monday to ONLY LOOK at the interior. We dealt with Kevin Kester, and throughout the entire process, he was NOT a SALESMAN, but someone who wanted to help us get exactly what we wanted. We ended up getting more vehicle for less money than the other dealer wanted. It was a pleasure to deal with Kevin, throughout the whole process, he never pressured us or SOLD us, Kevin took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and by doing this he earned our business. We are very pleased with our experience and our new vehicle, and because of Kevin, Van Horn has a new and satisfied customer. I should add that we finally heard from the other dealer, Tuesday afternoon, telling us that they had the vehicle we were looking for, we told them we were no longer interested, turns out the vehicle that they had found for us was a basic vehicle, not what we were looking for, and because of this, they have lost a customer, even though they are only five minutes away from us. I will drive the half hour to deal with Van Horn because of Kevin Kester. More
