When I emailed Van Horn Dealer I was contacted by Sarah Dinkelman that was pleasure to talk too, Send me email with the information I wanted and set no pressure. When I called in to let them know I am coming over and will be there late on Saturday, I talked to Kevin Kester and said no problem. I was expecting to be rushed to make a quick decision or get lost like other dealers, but it was the opposite I got the get in to 8 different 1500 ram ecodiesel trucks, I test drove 4 of them that I like the best and also Kevin moved them over to the side and parked them side by side so I can take my time to see the trim difference between the tradesman, big horn and the quad cab, crew cab sizes. Made the decision easy and better then chasing all over the lot and getting confused. Thank you for taking your time and making this a best dealer experience for me so far!!! John Kaznecki More
