Christian and Gabe were extremely helpful searching their inventory to find us just the right vehicle. They are extremely knowledgeable and helped us find just the right vehicle to fit our needs. They turned a very stressful car buying situation into a very painless purchase. We certainly didn't expect that Mike would be able to whip our paperwork up the same day and my husband would be able to drive to work in his new truck the same day. I recently was in the market for a 2015 Jeep Renegade with some specific criteria that I wanted to see met prior to the purchase, admittedly I'm a difficult customer to satisfy and with that said I can say with confidence that Jean, Justin and Jerry worked very hard to meet that criteria and secure a deal with me, I appreciate their efforts and that's why I'm giving them 5 stars! I was initially happy that the dealership was working w -- All over $25-$100 (with more than 1 overnight fee paid). **Customer Sat is a big miss. I was initially happy that the dealership was working with me to buy a brand new Dodge Journey. I had to drive 100 miles to the dealership to get it after work, and the dealership stayed open for me to do this. I usually always give the highest of marks when it comes to customer service. However, in this case the finance manager M.F., and delivering on promises fell way short. M.F. was very quick and to the point, and made me feel a little unwelcome and almost a nuisance for keeping them there late. I know I overpaid a little for the vehicle and the dealership wasn't willing to work with me at all. That is more my problem, and I should have reconsidered., But when my wife got a look at the vehicle she wanted to at least go see it. I allowed myself to settle for what I shouldn't have for this vehicle. If this was the end of it I would have no one to blame but myself. However, that isn't it. We had driven pretty far to pick up the vehicle and we were told that we could take the vehicle home that night as we already had the financing setup for pre approval. We finish dealing with the salesman and start talking to the fiance manager. They say that they won't be able to take the check that we were writing, and that isn't the correct policy. They then tried to get me to finance with them....I said no we'll stick with our bank. We finally get the agreement to leave a check for the entire purchase price of the vehicle, and then the bank will finalize everything the next day with the purchase agreement. We also didn't have my title of the trade in, which is again my fault. They snagged a separate check for the title transfer fee, and noted that I will have get them the title within 7 days. Again, this is my fault. I finalized things with the bank the next day as promised. However, the bank then tells me that the dealership now needs to have the check overnighted and they won't wait for the check another 2-3 days. This is after we had the bank call them and verify that they would take care of the entire loan and not just the pre-approved amount. The bank said that they will have to charge me $25-40 to overnight the check to them. I called M.F. at the dealership, and he stated that he is liable in this circumstance since the payment isn't there. I am an insurance specialist. I know the rules and stated that once the purchase agreement is signed it is a binding contract, and the liability now is on me and my insurance company to cover for any loss. This is some of what I do everyday. He wouldn't budge and said that he didn't want to answer to his boss for not having full payment right now. I sited that the agreement was made on the phone with the sales agent before I drove the 100 miles with my wife and 2 young kids. I can accept my responsibility in this matter, and I feel you should accept yours. Again no budging. I didn't feel that I should have to pay yet another overnight fee to get him the check that has already been guaranteed. I reitterated that there is no liability to him. He was once again cold, and put the ultimatum that he needs it overnighted. The option of returning a brand new 35,000 vehicle had crossed my mind over a matter of paying an overnight fee. They could have said they would take care of the fee, and it would have been great customer satisfier. They could have had a solution instead of an ultimatum. The title still needs to be overnighted to them, and they should send me back my $100 check. They could have paid the cost of the overnight charge since they are the ones that made the mistake. All of this is over $25-40 and shows the inability of the company to work with you, discuss anything unless it ends in more $$ in their pocket, and by now reading more reviews, shows that customer service means little to nothing to them. I am very underwhelmed, and I have a bit of buyer's remorse now that I see how the customer service goes. This went from 10 to 2. More

Jean came over immedately, and we got started...vehical test drive was better than I expected, I wasn't ready to settle for a smaller jeep, but I couldn't get past the options....the options are awesome...
