Horrible customer service Bought a used truck a little over one year ago and had issues with it since the day it left the lot. Tired were cupped so bad it sounded like the whee Bought a used truck a little over one year ago and had issues with it since the day it left the lot. Tired were cupped so bad it sounded like the wheel bearings had failed (from a bad tie rod that made it past inspection), asked for a discount on new tires and they said " its not covered in the warranty the tires are legal". 5 months after purchase the exhaust manifold gaskets failed ($1400 repair) as well as a transmission shift solenoid pack($750 repair) and would not help me one penny. I was told that they want to get me out of a used vehicle and buy a new truck, I just bought it from them a few months earlier and they offered $5,000 less than I just paid for it. Didn't take the insulting offer.I recently tried to upgrade and give them yet another chance and as to no surprise they insulted me on trade in value. The vehicle I was looking at was not equip with options stated in the ad and the sales manager was rude. I was called for months asking to review them (makes sense as to why there's so many 5 star reviews). I waited until I could give them every last chance to make it right and they have continued to fail. I have sense talked to other dealers and heard some of the rumors floating around about van horn (frame damaged vehicles, wrecked/ repaired and Canadian vehicles that can lose the factory warranty as soon as it crosses the border). Do your research before stepping foot in their doors, Car fax and auto check. I would never recommend anyone use this dealer and I will continue to share my poor experience with this place. More

What the dealership offered me on the trade was fair in light of the identified repairs that were needed. The finance process was smooth and straightforward. I likely could have obtained a better interest rate if I approached my own bank or credit union. But, minor details in the consideration of ease of purchase. I would recommend this dealership all day long, even though they are 90 minutes away. More

I loved my 2013 Dodge Dart but we had so many problems, I thought I was going to be stuck with a car I was scared to put my babies in. Mike helped so much with the service department. Getting me into a loaner car and talking to Chrysler to fix the problem. I was very glad to get a call from Ryan to talk about getting into a new car and leaving the dart in the dust. Ryan and Josh both helped me stay very close to my monthly goal, and getting into a bigger car but something that is not soccer mom. Justin helped us finish everything up with the paperwork and made it quick and painless. Thank you everyone at Van Horn Dodge for helping us get our first brand new vehicles! Took awhile but worth the drive! We drove to Plymouth to see a Jeep Grand Cherokee and to trade in our Subaru Outback.
