TYPICAL car dealer We drove a long way to see a vehicle I very much wanted (found on Auto Trader) and arrived early for our scheduled appointment. Initially, we liked We drove a long way to see a vehicle I very much wanted (found on Auto Trader) and arrived early for our scheduled appointment. Initially, we liked our sales person very much. After waiting for nearly an hour, we finally walked out to see the vehicle -- it had all the options I wanted -- very happy. Took it for a test drive -- loved it! Got back to the dealership, and our sales person started to show us the MANY features. This was the first time he left us to go wait on another customer (someone who did NOT have an appointment), and he was gone about 20 minutes. So we sat in the vehicle and waited.....and waited..... He came back, we talked more, then he left to wait on someone else (who also had an appointment) -- he was gone at least 1/2 hour this time. Finally got around to talking price. The offer on our trade was RIDICULOUSLY low -- about 1/3 of what Blue Book says we should have gotten for that vehicle in that condition. Because it was an older vehicle, the sales person suggested we take it home and try to sell it ourselves (and finance the complete value of the new vehicle, of course!) Several times, he asked us, "But I'M providing you with good service, right??" (I found this question to be incredibly condescending). When we brought up questions/objections, he talked over us and didn't address our concerns. And then he left us AGAIN.....and we sat......and sat......and sat....... I wanted the vehicle (unfortunately, I was buying with my heart and not my head!)-- my Hubby wanted me to have the vehicle -- so we stayed. That's when we saw on paperwork we were asked to initial that the vehicle was actually a LEMON that had been purchased back by the manufacturer. This was NOT mentioned in the Auto Trader ad, nor did the sales person say ANYTHING about it. (This was about 3 hours after we had arrived for our appointment). Our sales guy left us AGAIN. And we waited....and waited......and waited...... 4-1/2 HOURS later, we finally left the dealership completely disgusted. Ultimately, we did purchase the vehicle -- it was exactly what I wanted, and the price on the vehicle itself was decent (though, had we known it was a 'lemon', we probably wouldn't have even looked at it). We had driven 3-1/2 hours -- which we had mistakenly disclosed. They knew we weren't going to be driving our old vehicle back home. The ONLY positive about this dealership is that they have 'no haggle' pricing, so you know what you're going to pay; however, 'no haggle' also gives them the ability to SCREW you on your trade. (If you're going in with cash down -- no trade -- and your own financing, you're golden!) They know if you spend half a day there and do the paperwork, you're not likely to walk away (especially if you have driven a long way). I cannot recommend this dealership -- for us, this was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. More

Horrible customer service Bought a used truck a little over one year ago and had issues with it since the day it left the lot. Tired were cupped so bad it sounded like the whee Bought a used truck a little over one year ago and had issues with it since the day it left the lot. Tired were cupped so bad it sounded like the wheel bearings had failed (from a bad tie rod that made it past inspection), asked for a discount on new tires and they said " its not covered in the warranty the tires are legal". 5 months after purchase the exhaust manifold gaskets failed ($1400 repair) as well as a transmission shift solenoid pack($750 repair) and would not help me one penny. I was told that they want to get me out of a used vehicle and buy a new truck, I just bought it from them a few months earlier and they offered $5,000 less than I just paid for it. Didn't take the insulting offer.I recently tried to upgrade and give them yet another chance and as to no surprise they insulted me on trade in value. The vehicle I was looking at was not equip with options stated in the ad and the sales manager was rude. I was called for months asking to review them (makes sense as to why there's so many 5 star reviews). I waited until I could give them every last chance to make it right and they have continued to fail. I have sense talked to other dealers and heard some of the rumors floating around about van horn (frame damaged vehicles, wrecked/ repaired and Canadian vehicles that can lose the factory warranty as soon as it crosses the border). Do your research before stepping foot in their doors, Car fax and auto check. I would never recommend anyone use this dealer and I will continue to share my poor experience with this place. More
