While I'm sure all of Van Horns sales people are great, Mark Sloan was superb. He was patient with my decision making and treated me professionally. He took the time to help me find just the right van - even getting it from their Sheboygan dealership. Mark gave me the super great price "as advertised" and even had my new van washed, waxed and filled with gas. What I found most helpful was that he showed me all of the new features and how everything worked - that impressed me. Hats off to Jerry Sulaiman, the business manager, as well. Jerry had me in and out of the finance/closing office in no time. They had specialists that worked well together in various areas to stream my purchase as smoothly as possible (I had trades.) I liked the truck and the price enough, that I decided to buy a second matching one and leave my other vehicle traded too! Despite I committed to a second purchase to mimic the first, Paul even found that the second vehicle would be less due to the timeline it was purchased; how many dealers will tell you that vs collecting on a committed pricing?! So long short, he found "his truck" at Van Horn. I called a day prior to set up everything and it was a smooth ride for him when he picked the truck up!! Customer service was awesome!!
