While I'm sure all of Van Horns sales people are great, Mark Sloan was superb. He was patient with my decision making and treated me professionally. He took the time to help me find just the right van - even getting it from their Sheboygan dealership. Mark gave me the super great price "as advertised" and even had my new van washed, waxed and filled with gas. What I found most helpful was that he showed me all of the new features and how everything worked - that impressed me. If you're looking for a helpful, hassle free and gimmick free buying experience, then I HIGHLY recommend Mark Sloan at Van Horn in Plymouth WI. Hats off to Jerry Sulaiman, the business manager, as well. Jerry had me in and out of the finance/closing office in no time. He politely offered added dealership services such as extended warranties and paint protection and did the loan paperwork and sales contract in 15 minutes!
