Cant get any easier Cody at Van Horn Plymouth Chrysler is easy going to work with. He makes you very comfortable and supports your decisions. With Josh and Cody working together to form a plan off of what we were looking for and what are budget was they were able to make what I am certain would have been a long painful process any where else. But instead made it a fun and ultimately a rewarding two car purchase. This was our second time working with Van Horn and we live in Cudahy but the drive is worth it. Customers for life thanks Cody, Josh and the whole Van Horn team. More

Bad company. Bad employees. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They put on a good face that shows they care but it is exactly the opposite. First of all I changed my name for fear of retaliation from their employees. I have had friends targeted and outcast from this organization. I started to work with someone named Bill or Billy, I forgot. He did not follow up with me and it took forever for him to get back to me when he actually did. I asked simple questions about a 2011 Ram 2500 and he could not provide them for me. Kept telling me he was going to speak with his manager and ask. I thought these people were informed on their vehicles. Back on point. The vehicle I was inquiring about, I had to do my own investigating for. Found out that the vehicle was a lemon and had a lot wrong with it. Which I was ok with because I could fix things on it. I ended up asking for a few things to be checked out. I was told that the vehicle was in tip top shape and a great value. Finally came in to take a look at it. WHAT A HUNK OF JUNK! Tip top shape? It had rust all over the bottom, the brakes were crap, the interior was falling apart and the bed was extremely beat up with dents all over. I was furious, I drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle I could have got at the junkyard. I stormed out and there was nothing that you could do to get me back in. All trust lost! Last thing I will complain about was that I called in to speak with a manager I dont know if they were a manager or not, but their name was Josh. Not very helpful, was basically upset with me for filing a complaint and he told me the vehicle was fine. He took my rant and then hung up on me. Very professional. Overall I will be telling every person looking for a vehicle to not work with this company. Crappy vehicles at a ripoff price, uneducated rude employees, and terrible management. More

LOVED Cody as our sales person. The detailing tho NOT GOOD Cody was great to deal with VERY helpful with car features. He was patient and took his time educating me on how things work. The people/person who detailed the car did a VERY poor job. Will have to take to PDQ to get the inside windows clean. It honestly looks like they used a greasy cloth to clean the windows there are streaks on EVERY inside window, there are muddy foot prints on the molding by the inside doors in two spots. When I buy a newer vehicle from a dealership I have always drove off the lot feeling like I was in a new car. This time NOT so much. More
