Horrible business practices. They don’t know where half their vehicles are that you find online on their website. When you schedule an appointment to go look at one, don’t be fooled. They will sell it bef their vehicles are that you find online on their website. When you schedule an appointment to go look at one, don’t be fooled. They will sell it before you even get there. Do your research before buying a vehicle from this dealer. It was a blessing in disguise that this happened to us and I saw the reviews. Saved us from having a really expensive vehicle with potential problems as noted by some of their other reviews talking about lemons and manufacture buy backs. More

This dealership will forever leave me both flabbergasted and annoyed. I called in response to an ad on a 2021 RAM TRX, they had posted for sale at MSRP. All seemed well at first, salesman was good, the d and annoyed. I called in response to an ad on a 2021 RAM TRX, they had posted for sale at MSRP. All seemed well at first, salesman was good, the deal THEY drew up seemed great, the financing THEY secured through their bank (Chrysler Capital) was agreeable, and THEY even offered to assist in shipping the vehicle to me. I even managed to secure my own financing through Navy Federal at a slightly lower rate but made the decision to go with THEIR lender in order to expedite the deal and make THEM FEEL BETTER (A DEALERSHIP FEEL BETTER!), since noticed they seemed to mention quite a bit that people have stolen cars from them which was strange for a dealer to have such customer trust issues but I tried not to think much about it, especially since I could prove my finances. Also figuring those worries would be put to rest once credit was ran and financing was secured. We made it all the up to them overnighting me the paperwork to sign and was excited about getting my new truck (first brand NEW vehicle I had ever purchased!). The salesman even helped me register the Uconnect, I got insurance for it, the ad for it was taken down, so figured it was a done deal once I signed on the dotted line. Boy was I wrong! As all that excitement came to an abrupt bitter end, when I got a call from the GM of the dealership out of nowhere once AGAIN stating they’ve had issues in the past with people stealing these types of vehicles. That he didn’t want to sell it to me because he felt I was trying to STEAL their truck! That he was concerned because I just started a new higher paying job even though my last job still afforded me the ability to purchase the vehicle. Guess two bank's opinions and funds don't matter here, just their own warped perceptions. I did my very best to attempt to make this GM feel more at ease about the deal since I really wanted the truck. So much so, that I was even willing to overlook his odd, unjustified, and overly rude behavior. However, he kept reiterating that I looked like I was trying to steal their truck and that he didn’t want to do business with me. I offered a down payment even though both Navy Federal and Chrysler Capitol were already funding the deal without it, but he wasn't having it, I offered to provide more employment verification (even sent them my offer letter, pay statement, and a link to our company verification system), he wasn’t having it, answered all their questions and provided all the information they asked for, and still nope. So, in the end that was that, this dealership just left me with no truck and a ball of confusion, frustration, and disappointment. I never would have fathomed in my wildest dreams that something like this could happen. I worked extremely hard to get in a position to be able to afford my dream truck, only to get close, and have it dashed by a dealership’s paranoia. It would have been one thing for them to just say they didn’t want to sell the truck for whatever reason (felt they were selling too low or whatever else it might be) but to be called a THIEF over the phone just left me utterly speechless. Buyers especially military and veterans, should avoid this dealership and shop elsewhere! Apparently our business isn't welcomed here! More
