Ummm, no. You talked to me at 9 AM when you opened. I also talked to you before I left my house and my wife emailed with your online sales. Responses were received from both individuals before we even left our house. Don’t lie about your crappy service.

Hi, thanks for the offer but I really don’t see a need to call and discuss this any further with Gabe. Your dealership never even took the time to explain the situation to me and what the reservations even were. Hence why they sent me all the final paperwork to sign which, by the way, did arrive further adding salt to this wound. The GM or anyone on your team for that matter, could have easily got on the phone with me and informed me of any concerns. Then calmly said something “profound” such as: “We’re sorry but we don’t feel comfortable proceeding with the deal as it stands, unless you register and title it elsewhere”. (You can keep this for your basic customer service manual) This would have been a far more reasonable way to speak to a customer. And you know what? I would have done it! Why? Because #1. I really wanted the truck. #2. I have the funds to do so and #3 My bank was even offering to provide more on the deal. So, you’re 100% correct, in that your GM did decide to reserve your rights to go down another path which was to call me in order to repeatedly accuse me of trying to steal your 2 bank pre-approved vehicle. Not once did anyone even bother to explain the situation to me or seek any positive resolution. I answered the phone and was immediately being berated and accused. No matter how much I attempted to figure out what was even going on, all I kept getting from what I could only describe as a robot (probably in a tie), was “People try to steal our cars, and we don’t want to do business with you…People have stolen so many cars from us…No deal... No deal…Cars stolen in the past…”. This might be normal acceptable behavior at your dealership but don’t think anybody should be subjected to what I went through during this entire ordeal, especially from someone who claims to be a GM. Therefore, I too am choosing to reserve my right to let people know especially those who have served and have credentials from having moved across the U.S, that they too can be accused of being thieves by trying to the purchase the vehicle of their dreams through your dealership.
