While we were working on paper work with Josh, Mark had the detailers take care of the dirt and put on a new wiper blade. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed to make a hasty decsion. When we narrowed the search, we noticed some minor issues with the vehicle and pointed them out to Mark; the van pulled to the right, the back bumper was not aligned correctly and there were some scratches on the body (not unexpected on a used vehicle.)
