First I was impressed with the number of customers when I arrived at 7 PM on a week night. He took us for test drives, located vehicles in the dealer network, and went to find the answers to questions he did not feel he could answer completely enough - that is very commendable! We saw the van we wanted on line and contacted the dealership. It was Saturday at 11:00am. She was honest with us and when we decided that we were no longer interested in that vehicle, she helped us find one that met our needs. The buying process was very easy and everyone was so pleasant to deal with. We bought the van, sight unseen, on a Wednesday and it was delivered to our driveway (in Michigan)on the following Tuesday at 6am. It was in incredible condition, spotlessly clean and with a full tank of gas. I have to admit I was a little leary buying a car I had never seen or driven before, but wow!, what a great experience.
