I set up a test drive for the next day, and wasn't planning on purchasing the vehicle that day. However, after offering a discount on the vehicle and the professional customer service afforded to my wife and I we decided to purchase the vehicle. Professional and Courteous staff We knew which vehicles we wanted to look at when we pulled into the lot. The sales guy listened and answered our questions and was very personable. The finance guy stayed after hours to complete all of the paperwork so we could take the vehicle home that evening. Great customer service. In hindsight, we should have looked at the vehicle a little closer, but we were reassured that if there were any issues, they would take care of us. With that in mind, after the purchase, we did notice some significant scratches on the front bumper and driver side panel. Also, the "check engine" light came up after day of driving. True to their word, First Chrysler did a fine job of taking care of the vehicle and correcting the issues much to our satisfaction. I'd feel pretty confident in making another purchase from them in the future based on their after purchase support. One thing that I am a little upset about is the free oil change thing. We did not qualify because we lived too far away from Manitowoc. Let me make that decision or give me another incentive to come back to your dealership for service! In my mind First Chrysler lost me as customer for potential service as a result of that poor business decision. More
