Th We knew which vehicles we wanted to look at when we pulled into the lot. The sales guy listened and answered our questions and was very personable. The finance guy stayed after hours to complete all of the paperwork so we could take the vehicle home that evening. Great customer service. In hindsight, we should have looked at the vehicle a little closer, but we were reassured that if there were any issues, they would take care of us. With that in mind, after the purchase, we did notice some significant scratches on the front bumper and driver side panel. Also, the "check engine" light came up after day of driving. True to their word, First Chrysler did a fine job of taking care of the vehicle and correcting the issues much to our satisfaction. I'd feel pretty confident in making another purchase from them in the future based on their after purchase support. One thing that I am a little upset about is the free oil change thing. We did not qualify because we lived too far away from Manitowoc. Let me make that decision or give me another incentive to come back to your dealership for service! In my mind First Chrysler lost me as customer for potential service as a result of that poor business decision. More

With all the previous vehicles that we had purchased at other dealerships, Joe was the best salesmen we have ever worked with. With his caring, concerned and upbeat attitude, he was not only extremely helpful.... On his day off!....but reassured us we could call at any time with any questions. We had a very positive experience and will share this with others for future purchases. As far as the atmosphere, it was very clean, upbeat, warm, and inviting with a family flair. Thank you 1st Chrysler and Joe Allen! More
Bait & switch! Didn't say car was a LEMON with BRANDED Title Basically, I will echo fellow reviewer "BMWGuy123456". This place is a classic bait and switch with no respect for their customers, nor ethics. I came from out of state and drove nearly 4 hours each way after having spoken with Dallas at the dealership several times and inquiring about all options, condition of vehicle, and service history and deciding that I would buy the car on the spot once I arrived. Not at ANY time during those several discussions was it mentioned that the vehicle I was inquiring about was a LEMON car which was bought back by Chrysler and was being resold with a BRANDED TITLE. When we finally sat down to sign the paperwork, only then did they present the records which showed that it was a lemon car. I explained that this was not mentioned a single time during several conversations with both Dallas and someone who identified himself as the General Manager. These guys had zero apologies to offer and in fact they had smirks on their face when I was saying that I was disappointed with the way they were running their business. They also had the audacity to tell me that I was the first customer they have ever had who has even questioned or had a concern with a lemon vehicle. That's a pretty absurd comment and speaks to how stupid they think their customers are. Who on earth is not aware of lemon laws and lemon products? From the sound of it after inquiring about their other "non-lemon" stock, most of this dealer's used inventory is all manufacturer buybacks/lemons with branded titles. By the way... this wasn't even a "too good to be true" situation. They had the truck listed at $27,000. I ended up finding the same exact jeep, CERTIFIED at another dealer with identical options, same #of miles, and same configuration for only $28,000 and that dealer delivered the car to my door 4 hours away for free. Really... a 3.5% discount because it is a lemon!? You'd have to mark that thing down 40% for it to make sense. No one is going to pay you anywhere close to market price if you try to resell it. Don't be silly...just avoid these guys at all costs and save your time. More

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude 4 x 4. in black. I love it!!! Joe took the time to get to know my husband and myself so he could put us in the right vehicle with the right options that were on our wish list. I came into the dealership thinking I wanted to buy a Cherokee and drove a way with a Grand Cherokee. Joe Downing also helped with a test drive. The rest of the staff at First Chrysler was Great as well! More

DONT BUY A LEMON CAR - Avoid Dealership - EDUCATE YOURSELF In the past 2 weeks I was in search for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and I had identified a potential vehicle at this dealership. I had contacte In the past 2 weeks I was in search for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and I had identified a potential vehicle at this dealership. I had contacted them via phone to get information about the vehicle and based on the info provided I decided to make the drive the same day to test drive vehicle with a plan to secure a deal that same day given I had established credit and cash ready for a down payment. Basically a GUARANTEED sale. I was advised truck was ready to go and they were looking forward to my arrive. NOTE that this dealership is 150 miles one way from where I live so it was very clear that I was coming up to potentially drive it home the same day. Upon my arrival was setup with Rosie from sales to show me the truck and answer any questions I had. Things went downhill fairly quickly from there: 1. Rosie clearly had lack of knowledge of all the features on this particular model. Could not explain difference between the various trims available in the Grand Cherokee family. Once the manager was engaged he was able to provide me detailed info regarding the features. Nothing major to me given I had done my research in advance, but if you are not familiar with cars don’t I would not rely on their info. Do your research in advance. 2. The vehicle was not ready for presentation or even a sale. Why would you have a client drive 300 miles round trip if a truck is not show ready! The truck was not cleaned, it was not serviced and needed repair. Brakes were not working properly (wheel vibration), trucks alignment was not set properly, and the radio which controls most of the main features on the truck was not operational. 3. I asked for previous service records on the car which they were happy to provide me and walk me thru what service was done on the car. Granted most of the issues did not seem major so I still showed interest in the car and had planned to return a week later to finalize the deal. NOT ONE TIME WAS I TOLD THAT THE VEHICHLE HAS A “LEMON TITLE”, meaning it has a BRANDED title and was bought back from their customer due to ongoing issues. I had learned about this at a later time ON MY OWN! 4. The sale manager gave me a call following day to give me an update as to when the truck would be ready for show and advised Rosie would contact me the next day to confirm. No calls received the entire day until I initiated to follow up with them on the status. a. I left 2 voicemails that day, no call back from Rosie. I had to contact sale manager and finally I received a call back within 5 minutes. b. We could have gone with no call back given when she called to let me know when the truck would be ready, she had NO IDEA. The part is on order and we do not know when we will received. No estimate provided until I had to press for answers and pressed her to speak with management to give me a concrete response. She did call back and advise it would be ready in 1 week. Once I found out that she had no clue when truck was going to be ready and did not trust the 1 week timeframe I proceeded to look for alternate options and was able to find a better deal at another dealership. During this time I had learn on my own the car was a “LEMON”. So long story short, be VERY cautious with this dealership based on my experience. EDUCTATE yourself about the vehicle you plan to purchase, KNOW what questions to ask, ALWAYS verify it has a clean title, and basically due your DUE DILIGENCE as I do not feel they are trust worthy. I rarely take the time to write reviews EXPECIALLY this long, but I do not TOLERATE dishonesty especially when you are about to make a $40,000 deal. More

I had already seen a vehicle I was interested in, was immediately given the specs and allowed to take a test drive. Because I had had an accident and was without a vehicle, they were most helpful in completing the process in record time. John was thorough in giving me instructions and information concerning the vehicle and was instrumental in also replacing my license plates which had been damaged in the accident. This is the second time in recent months we have done business with John at First Chrysler, and both times the service has been great! Also Tim, who put together the paperwork, was extremely efficient and helpful. I would recommend doing business with this dealership at any time. Great friendly service is not always available elsewhere. Thanks to them I now have a vehicle and can feel free to return there for service and future business. They were busy with several other customers and succeeded in helping everyone who was there. More
