The service man made me feel stupid! I don't like going to a place and feeling that I am stupid as to what is going wrong with my car. Not only that, my oil change was free due to buying my car recently, but for some reason, I was suppose to tell the serviceman at the beginning of our discussion. How was I suppose to know that. Rediculous design making cost rediculous. Over $600 for a headlight replacement. Would be more costly to have used OEM parts. There is no need to design equipment like that. Fed up with First Chrysler I brought my 2008 Jeep Liberty to get my brakes looked at. My appointment was for 9:30 on Monday morning. I had some stuff to do in Green Bay that m I brought my 2008 Jeep Liberty to get my brakes looked at. My appointment was for 9:30 on Monday morning. I had some stuff to do in Green Bay that morning so I dropped my Jeep off Monday morning around 7:30 and I took my wife's car up to Green Bay. When I dropped it off they had asked me when I needed the Jeep done by. I told them I needed it done by the end of the day. I went up to Green Bay and got back to Manitowoc around 1:30. I had not heard anything about my Jeep so I went there and I talked to Chuck in the service department. He told me that they had just started to look at my Jeep. I asked why are they first looking at it at 1:30 when I specifically made an appointment for 9:30 that morning. He told me because I had said that I didn't need my Jeep done until the end of the day that they did other jobs that were more important than my Jeep. So kind of upset I left and went home. I got a phone call from Chuck around 2:30 to inform me what all needed to be done to my brakes and I told him to go ahead and fix them. At this point I'm still expecting my Jeep to be done by the end of the day like I had requsted. At 4:15 Chuck called me back again and said that my Jeep would not be done until tomorrow morning. Your lucky that I didn't need to go to work on Tuesday because I would not have had a way to get to work. I was upset but I said that would be fine expecting it to be done my mid morning on Tuesday. The thing that pisses me off if they would have looked at my Jeep when I made the xxxx appointment it would have been done by the end of the day like I had requested. So I waited all Tuesday morning waiting for a phone call and I never received one. So getting more upset I went there after lunch to talk to Chuck and he told me that the technician that was working on my Jeep on Monday did not make it in to work because of the snow that we received. So they had a different technician finish my brakes. So my Jeep sat in the shop all xxxx morning with no one working on it until I went there again that afternoon to ask about it. So if I would not have gone there and asked, would anyone have worked on it that day? In my opinion that is terrible good customer service. I do not plan on ever going back there again to get work done on my Jeep. I would rather drive to a different Jeep dealership than give you more of my money. Fed up customer, Steve Schweiner More
