The service man made me feel stupid! I don't like going to a place and feeling that I am stupid as to what is going wrong with my car. Not only that, my oil change was free due to buying my car recently, but for some reason, I was suppose to tell the serviceman at the beginning of our discussion. How was I suppose to know that. I bought a new Jeep Renegade, shouldn't he know it is a new car???? More
Rediculous design making cost rediculous. Over $600 for a headlight replacement. Would be more costly to have used OEM parts. There is no need to design equipment like that. Fed up with First Chrysler I brought my 2008 Jeep Liberty to get my brakes looked at. My appointment was for 9:30 on Monday morning. I had some stuff to do in Green Bay that m I brought my 2008 Jeep Liberty to get my brakes looked at. My appointment was for 9:30 on Monday morning. I had some stuff to do in Green Bay that morning so I dropped my Jeep off Monday morning around 7:30 and I took my wife's car up to Green Bay. When I dropped it off they had asked me when I needed the Jeep done by. I told them I needed it done by the end of the day. I went up to Green Bay and got back to Manitowoc around 1:30. I had not heard anything about my Jeep so I went there and I talked to Chuck in the service department. He told me that they had just started to look at my Jeep. I asked why are they first looking at it at 1:30 when I specifically made an appointment for 9:30 that morning. He told me because I had said that I didn't need my Jeep done until the end of the day that they did other jobs that were more important than my Jeep. So kind of upset I left and went home. I got a phone call from Chuck around 2:30 to inform me what all needed to be done to my brakes and I told him to go ahead and fix them. At this point I'm still expecting my Jeep to be done by the end of the day like I had requsted. At 4:15 Chuck called me back again and said that my Jeep would not be done until tomorrow morning. Your lucky that I didn't need to go to work on Tuesday because I would not have had a way to get to work. I was upset but I said that would be fine expecting it to be done my mid morning on Tuesday. The thing that pisses me off if they would have looked at my Jeep when I made the xxxx appointment it would have been done by the end of the day like I had requested. So I waited all Tuesday morning waiting for a phone call and I never received one. So getting more upset I went there after lunch to talk to Chuck and he told me that the technician that was working on my Jeep on Monday did not make it in to work because of the snow that we received. So they had a different technician finish my brakes. So my Jeep sat in the shop all xxxx morning with no one working on it until I went there again that afternoon to ask about it. So if I would not have gone there and asked, would anyone have worked on it that day? In my opinion that is terrible good customer service. I do not plan on ever going back there again to get work done on my Jeep. I would rather drive to a different Jeep dealership than give you more of my money. Fed up customer, Steve Schweiner More

My car looks better than before the accident! I was very pleased with the contact that I had with the body shop manager. My car looks better than before the accident. I can tell that he takes great pride in his work. After it had already been 11 days since my car was taken to the body shop, he called to apologize that it was taking an extra long time. It ended up taking another week to be completed. The down side, I was not happy with the phone call I received from the young female assistant in the body shop. She told me that my car would be done in the next 15 minutes, and I needed to get there within that time frame because they were closing! How about a call earlier in the day to let me know it was going to be done by 5 pm on a Friday? It already was 18 days....so how about a little advanced notice? Second downfall..how about updating your loaner cars. A 2000 Chrysler Concorde that has seen every hailstrom since 2000, is not a selling point! :) I love my First Chrysler...and I do recommend them to friends & family...but there are a few things that need adjusting. More

Chrysler 200S I was out shopping for a new car and I visited dealerships form Green Bay all the way to Chicago IL. many advertised deals were simply not as adverti I was out shopping for a new car and I visited dealerships form Green Bay all the way to Chicago IL. many advertised deals were simply not as advertised, then I saw this great deal on cars.com on one of my favorite cars the Chrysler 200S so I went there and there it was all shiny and New in my favorite color the Dealership is First Chrysler of Manitowoc the sales Consultant was Mike Genrich we took the car out for a test drive I liked the car we talked numbers and we made the deal. I had them undercoat and rustproof the car and the next day there it was all shiny and perfect and I took it home and I love it. This is a great dealership Mike and everyone else there took excellent care of me and gave me a very good deal so if you are looking for a car this is the place to go I highly recommend them J.L.E. I contacted them and they did a very good job of working with me and my schedule. They held the vehicle for me until I could get to the dealership. Andrew (the salesman) was very professional, as well as he worked diligently with me to answer any concerns, address any issues, and do everything he could to represent me and my viewpoint to the dealership. Matt and the financing department went out of their way to work with some financial timing issues I had, as well as get me a good rate for financing. There were some issues that needed help from the service department. Again I was treated very well by everyone involved. The service manager did not rush me, my concerns, or act like I was being a pain to him. (Even though we were past closing time) He worked with me until I was satisfied. Overall this was a very good purchase experience. If my experience is a representation of how this dealership operates, I would recommend First Chrysler to anyone. More
