The dealer priced our used Jeep at a firm, but fair price. The lack of back and forth negotiation is a positive. The only problems with our purchase were at the dealership level. 1. It took over and hour and half to get into the finance office (conflicting stories if there were two finance managers or if they were short staff) and 2. we we quoted an "all-in price" but the final documents added a $395 Dealer Fee. So far the used vehicle appears in excellent shape and we are very happy we found it online. More

I used a buyer's service (USAA) to find the most suited vehicle and you had a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I learned was part of a Chrysler Buy-back program. Not only was there the risk of buying without seeing the vehicle as I reside in Virginia - but there was the added risk of purchasing a "lemon." Your staff - beginning with Dallas Gulseth - and especially Andy Deisley - provided reassuring, complete, and honest answers to all my questions and concerns. I was particularly impressed with Andy who took the time to act as my "virtual" test driver - put the car on the road - and provided me with his personal impressions and feedback.
