Lengthy I was overall disappointed with a certain staff member at this dealership and I felt as if I was not the top priority since I was purchasing a used ca I was overall disappointed with a certain staff member at this dealership and I felt as if I was not the top priority since I was purchasing a used car. Nothing was ready when I came to pick up my vehicle which resulted in what could have been a 10 to 20 minute trip to about an hour and a half long trip. All of this could have been prevented if things would have been put in order the day I made the deal with Tom, but since that did not happen I had to deal with the stress of not having everything ready to go when I picked up my car. More

The business manager sold the aspects of the car, Finance department gave many payment options, tried to push the extra service plans and add-ins a little too much, but that's his job. Overall, a positive experience, but slightly put off in the beginning. had I not connected on a common interest outside of car buying/selling, I would have probably left and came back another time. I'm sure this salesman has a role and does well with some customers, but not the right personality for me to do a deal with, man to man. I'd be remiss without saying that the main reason I came back was because of a positive experience the week prior with Rosie. She had a pinch-hitter step in when she had to help another customer, but Rosie was the hook, a delight to work with. More

Andrew was very helpful during the entire process, from the test drive all the way through to me driving out with my car. Taylor did a great job of explaining everything and breaking down all of the paperwork. He was also very understanding, considering that I'd forgotten to bring the title for my trade-in. All-in-all, I was in and out with a new car in about three hours, including having the Luxcare applied. More
